What’s the best way to prepare for a waxing appointment?
Gently exfoliate the skin with a body scrub and mitt 48 hours before your appointment. Exfoliation helps to loosen hairs that could be trapped and allow the wax to better stick to the hairs. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated!

What should you expect from the waxing appointment?
After greeting and confirming the appointment, you’ll be taken back to a clean welcoming room to get undressed in private. A privacy towel will also be given to further feel comfortable before the wax appointment. A knock on the door before entering to ensure it’s okay to come in and start the appointment.

How long will waxing results last?
Results should last from 4 to 6 weeks depending on personal hair growth, and the location of the wax.

Which facial service should I choose for a first-time client?
All first-time facial clients must receive a consultation before treatments to ensure the perfect treatment moving forward. There are two other options for first-time clients. A consultation + treatment to get the ball rolling and our Signature Platinum Glo for those wanting to focus more on relaxation while being able to benefit from advanced treatments.

Absolutely! Sensitive skin is often from a damaged skin barrier. Receiving bi-weekly or monthly facials will actually improve sensitive skin.
