What are your shipping cost?
We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $12.
When will my products ship?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 5-7 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation. Thank you for shopping with our small business!

Tracking Information
Tracking information for orders will be provided via email once the product is shipped.
Returns/ Exchange
All products purchased in store or online directly from Arianah Esthetics are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Arianah Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
Arianah Esthetics is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect address or missing apartment numbers.
Services FAQs
How do I know what to book as a new client?
No need to worry. Our new client process is designed to take the guesswork out of booking. Simply choose on of our ‘’New Client’’ options when scheduling, an we’ll take it from there. This allows our licensed professionals to make that appropriate decision based on the information provided in your on boarding.
How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Please arrive on time … Try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as a recommended curated home care regimen will be given.
What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?
We ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Deposit are not transferable for same-day rescheduling or cancellation.
If your deposit was waived for rebooking after a previous service, and you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or if fail to show up, you will be charged 50% of the appointment.
Do you do virtual consults for people outside of Omaha?
Yes we do! Arianah provides virtual consults for anyone in the United States.
How will I get in contact with you for our virtual appointment?
Arianah will reach out to you via FaceTime, unless you do not have an IPhone. A zoom link will be provided otherwise.
